NHG Candidate REWARDS Program

Purpose:
To show appreciation to our best candidates (based on successful engagements) for contributing to the success of NHG.

Program Outline:
After completion of one successful engagement a $100 cash award will be sent to the candidate.

An additional $100 cash award will be sent to the candidate after completion of every successful engagement thereafter.

A successful engagement is one where the NHG candidate remains in the engagement until the client no longer has the need and receives a good reference from his/her supervisor.

DON Behavioral Health Skilled Nursing Unit

An interim Director of Nursing is needed for a 25+ bed LTAC-Neuro/Behavioral SNF unit comprised of mostly brain injury patients. Approx. 35-40 reports. Facility is closing in March and they need an interim DON to maintain a day-to-day operation and oversee closing of the facility. Union environment, no issues. Seeking an experienced DON. Massachusetts licensed RN. Knowledge of rules and regulations. Behavioral health experience would be a plus.

System Director Surgical Services

Interim System Director Surgical Services is needed at a TJC accredited 4 hospital system in Florida. The main hospital has a 20 suite OR with 120 FTEs including 3 Managers, non-union. Volumes run 55-70 per day for inpatient and 35 per day for outpatient. Areas of responsibility are OR, PACU, CSS, CVOR and Pre-op. Performing robotic surgeries. Large volumes of ortho and spine as well as vascular surgeries. Current projects include upgrade in CSS and future opening of a hybrid OR suite. The interim Dir will oversee the day-to-day management, lead the managers, keep the department moving forward and be the point of contact for the surgeons. A motivational leader with good teambuilding skills and 5+ years OR leadership in very large hospital. RN with Bachelors required, Masters preferred. Experience with ortho, spine or CVOR would be a plus. RN license required. Will need to obtain FL RN license.

Director of Nursing

Critical Access hospital in CA has an associated SNF in need of an interim Director of Nursing. This is a 125 bed Skilled Nursing Facility with an ADC of 80. There are 100 employees, mostly CNA’s and 4 direct reports. The facility is in good financial standing with few problems. Just rolled out a new computer system (NTT). The interim will focus on implementing resident care practices and policies, create a just culture and assist with plan to improve morale. Must be an RN with a California license with SNF experience.

Pharmacy Leader

Seeking an interim Pharmacy Leader for small hospital in California. The interim Leader will focus on assessing the department, policies, procedures and protocols and mentor staff (10 direct reports). The qualified candidate will be a seasoned leader with at least 5 years recent full time hospital pharmacy experience with at least 2 years in management position, be knowledgeable and current with all requirements, regulations and surveys. California pharmacy license required.

Chief Human Resources Officer

A medium size, TJC accredited hospital is seeking an interim Chief Human Resources Officer. Ten FTEs report to this position. Two unions. They are working towards a new structure for the department. No anticipated surveys. The interim CHRO will focus on coordinating employee relations/conflict resolution issues; an action plan for employee engagement; and team building. Seeking a seasoned healthcare HR leader with a solid background as CHRO in a hospital. Must have successfully served as CHRO in a hospital. SPHR and Masters required. Located in the Pacific Northwest home to a variety of outdoor activities, museums and lakes.

A mid-sized unionized TJC accredited hospital in upper east coast area is looking for interim Nursing Home Administrator. SNF is 120 bed, ADC 108-110 with 100+ FTEs. This NHA must be visible. Understand Department of Health requirements as survey is upcoming. Change management is needed.

NHA license is required and must be a competent and independent leader who brings regulatory knowledge.
