Director, Medical Group - PCP Services

Seeking a permanent Controller for a 100+ bed, TJC accredited hospital that is part of a large system. This is a for profit hospital, stable with strong system and investment backing. Fiscal year is calendar year. Annual audit expected in February or March 2018. Seven staff in Accounting. Responsible for monitoring patient standards, patient and payor satisfaction levels and for ensuring patients receive prioritized, cost-appropriate and quality services. ADC 70-80. Must bring director level experience preferably in an LTAC. Strong, collaborative leader who motivates staff and works well with doctors. CPAP Manager

Large, Midwest company that provides pharmaceuticals and DME is in need of a Manager for their growing CPAP Services division. This division is growing and improving and needs a leader to guide it to the next phase including seamless delivery with excellent customer service. Processes and practices need to expand to service the increasing need. Experience in business, supply chain, logistics and ideally pharmacy are important skills. This position may eventually manage multiple sites. There is no travel involved in the day-to-day duties. Two direct reports with 30+ FTEs and several per diems, non-union. Currently up to 1,000 units per day are shipped.

Bachelors degree or higher, equivalent experience without a degree will be considered. Must have logistics, operations, supply chain and warehouse management experience. In addition 3-5 years of inventory management experience and 3-5 years managing administrative/facility services.

Med/Surg/Tele Director

Permanent Director of Medical / Surgical and Tele Units is needed at a 250+ bed hospital. Med / Surg is a 40-bed unit and Tele is also 40 beds. They typically run 65-70 ADC between the two and can spike to 80. Average stay is 3 days. Approximately 120 staff made up of RNs and NAs working 12-hour shifts. Shared Governance and Unit Based Council models are used to engage staff in decision making. No surveys expected. The interim Director will address poor patient satisfaction scores, infection issues and provide staff guidance and teamwork.

Must be a visible leader willing to do rounds to assess unit needs (includes night shift), a collaborator with excellent communication skills. RN required. Experience is key.

Located in rural Rocky Mountain region with mountains, lakes, national and pine forests. Very community centered region, people are friendly and helpful.

Home Health Agency Administrator

Medicare certified Florida Home Health agency needs a permanent Home Health Administrator. Very busy homecare agency with many medically complex patients. ADC is 750 (10-15 admits daily) and approx. 600 admissions per month. Agency provides PT, OT, ST and RT services as well as Nursing and Tele-health. Approx. 15 direct reports to this position.

Behavioral Health Director

A TJC accredited healthcare system in central Wisconsin is seeking a permanent Director for their Behavioral Health Services. Specializing in mental health and substance abuse for adults and youth (13+ years). Services include MMT (medially monitored treatment), Ambulatory Detox, Crisis CBRF and Crisis Services Program. The 16 bed inpatient unit (locked). There are 3-4 direct reports to the Director. Recently the facility has started working with a local college and will have a residency program that will be working with the behavioral units and other programs. Their programs are growing. This is an opportunity to take a growing organization to the next level. The Director will provide a strong presence and build relationships with physicians and staff.

An RN with Masters degree and leadership experience in mental health and /or substance abuse is required. Full benefit package included along with relocation allowance.
