How the Process Works
It all begins when you notify NHG of your need for an interim manager. After researching our extensive network, we will present to you, usually within just a few days, a credentials packet on each candidate with qualifications matching your specifications.
Each candidate submitted to you will be profiled by:
- Resume
- Managerial, professional references
- Confirmed education
- Verified licensure, if appropriate
- Confirmation that the candidate is not listed as a sanctioned individual by the Office of the Inspector General, DHHS
- And in many cases, a video or digital interview on which the candidate speaks to: management style, accomplishments, unique qualifications, etc.
You select the candidate who best matches the needs of your organization.
