This 150+ bed Long Term Care-Rehab is located on the campus of a Medical Center. The ADC runs in the 120’s with approximately 20 ADC for Med A/Rehab. There is a wonderful in-house therapy group that serves the medical center and the LTC facility. Approximately 100 FTEs report to this position. RN required. Bachelors preferred, would consider diploma or ASN with a lot of experience. This opportunity is available on an interim basis with the possibility of converting to regular/perm. ICU Director

Located in Big Sky country, also known as Montana, is an excellent opportunity for an interim ICU Director. This 140+ bed JCAHO accredited hospital is also a Level III Trauma Center. Small Critical Access Hospital in Maine needs an interim Lab Director for their 24 hour CLIA certified lab. The Lab Director is responsible for approx. 20 staff. Quality Manager is being sought for a midsized, JCAHO accredited, community hospital in Maryland. You will be responsible for Performance Improvement and Patient Safety and must be knowledgeable in Core Measures, Incident Reporting, JCAHO and CMS. Six employees will report to this position including an Administrative Assistant, Data Analyst and Performance Improvement Coordinators. We have an opportunity for an interim Case Management Director. The client is a 200+ bed hospital, JCAHO accredited, with an ADC of 90 located in the West. The department consists of Case Managers, Social Workers and an Assistant. Looking for a candidate who has experience in building a team and is astute of current industry initiatives as well as improving the entire continuum of care. Would like interim to work on a 90-day plan on improving processes hospital-wide. Current challenges include throughput and LOS. This is a “working” director position in that they would like the director to be out working with the staff in order to get a good pulse on the institution. Requirements include:

Dialysis Manager

Large acute care hospital needs an interim Dialysis Manager for their Dialysis Center, which is adjacent to the hospital. Staffing is in good shape with ~35 FTEs, RNs, techs, dietitian and administrative support all report to this position. Volumes average 1500 outpatient and 125 inpatient treatments per month. Dialysis Manager

RN Dialysis Manager needed for free standing dialysis facility with 3 pods of 8 stations each (24 total stations). There are 20 FTEs which presently consists of RNs, LPNs and machine technicians. A strong change agent with renal supervisory background required to assist the facility as it undergoes restructuring of staffing patterns. One of the changes involves expanding the role of the machine techs to patient care technicians. This requires a knowledgeable manager who can oversee education of these workers for their new roles.
