Emergency Department Director
This is the job to showcase your skills and expertise. An interim Emergency Department Director is needed at a medium size, Joint Commission accredited hospital. Unionized. The full service ED sees 115-120 patients/day in their 12+ bays. Working with a new Fast Track system. They see trauma patients (not a trauma center) and have a trauma panel. Designated Stroke Center. Focus will be on efficiencies, patient metrics including quality and safety with follow through, reach set goals and oversee day-to-day operations. The qualified candidate must be a team builder, able to hold staff to a high level of accountability be regulatory savvy with knowledge of California Title 22. Seeking a Florida RN licensed Director of Quality for an interim opportunity at a not-for-profit, two hospital system. Over 400 beds combined. Will also oversee Medical Staff Services. System Director Clinical Resource Management
An interim System Director Clinical Resource Management is needed at a west coast Joint Commission accredited, two hospital system with a combined total of 400 beds. The department consists of about 45 FTEs including supervisors, social workers, case managers, RNs and support staff. The interim Directors primary focus will be to facilitate the move into their new hospital. They will assist in obtaining licensure at the new facility and improve their throughput process. This Joint Commission accredited lab in a 50+ bed hospital is seeking an interim Lab Manager. The lab performs approx. 250,000 tests a year. The laboratory consists of 8+ employees. The interim Mgr will keep the department running smoothly, help prepare for CAP survey and advance the technology in the lab. House-wide EMR in process. Seeking an interim Emergency Department Director for a large, nfp, Joint Commission accredited California hospital. The ED has a 35+ bed Fast Track. Service 120 patients/day including Fast Track. They are a Stemi-receiving and Stroke Center. There are 85 FTEs including techs and EMTs. Non-union. In the 6 month window for Joint Commission. This Magnet hospital has two psychiatric units, one open and one closed for a total of thirty beds. These units serve mostly an adult population with a wide range of diagnoses including a high rate of depression. Service patients with central lines and ventilators and the high acuity patients are transferred to tertiary care facilities. Cardiac Service Line Manager
A large, Joint Commission accredited hospital in the Northeast is seeking an interim Cardiac Service Line Manager for the following units; CTICU with 5+ beds, CTSDU with 20+ beds, and 2 transitional beds for CT patients who require closer monitoring. High volumes. Patients include Thoracic Surgery, post PCI and Medical Cardiology. The Cath Lab/EP Lab provides full service. There are two Cath Labs-Diagnostic and Interventional; EP-all types of oblations; magnetic robotic navigation. The Cardiologists and EP physicians are very involved and want to be part of the overall plan. An effective manager and leader, with a strong knowledge base, is needed to address productivity, work at teambuilding and building confidence in the staff and the physicians and address product and inventory control issues. The successful Mgr will have good business acumen, be a NY licensed RN and have a BSN (MS preferred).
